Reasons being due to a very competitive employment market, employers are very selective in their recruitment process; in addition to the high supply of international candidates within ME and less demand from organizations due to the economical and political restraints.

Accordingly and as part of its social responsibilities, MFC wants to make an impact by launching the “Career Launch Incubator”.

Career Launch Incubator

We at MFC are proud to set up and accept candidates for the “Career Launch Incubator”, a program targeting fresh grads from Lebanese Universities for our Lebanon branch. In an environment which usually takes them 3 – 6 months to secure a job after graduation, MFC built this program to equip and develop fresh grads with the right tools for their next corporate move. Ultimately it is a platform that enables you to kick-start your career through on-ground field experience & condensed training & coaching provided by us. Key points to consider and end of program takeaways;

  • Focus on recruitment, account management and business development
  • Monthly training, on field coaching & ongoing development
  • 6 months full time contract
  • No salary, 200$ transportation only
  • Rewarding commissions scheme
  • Career mapping portfolio, Individual Development Plan, Performance Appraisal, and a Recommendation Letter along with a Certificate
