Position:

Business Development Manager – Dubai

Company Brief:

Our Clients are leading multinational companies in freight forwarding and they are seeking to recruit ‘Business Development Managers” within their sales force. The position will be reporting into the head of field sales.

Job Requirements:

• University degree and relevant industry experience
• Preferably knowing the UAE freight forwarding market
• Track record in successful selling and closing business
• Industry knowledge from forwarder or customer side as clear advantage
• Driving license required
• Nationality open
• Gender Open
• Arab Speaker as advantage but not must
• Self-confident
• Self-motivated, self-driven and disciplined
• Eagerness to close business
• Entrepreneurial, have ownership, resourcefulness and are driven, focused and persistent in achieving their goals
• Coachable
• Hunter, capable of identifying their opportunities and driving growth
• Minimum 2 years and above experience

Salary & Benefits:

• Between 15,000 – 20,000 UAE DHS all inclusive of basic, housing and transportation
• Quarterly Commissions
• Yearly ticket + insurance (not family package)
