Position:

CEO – Iraq

Company Brief:

Our Client is one of the leading multinational companies in freight forwarding and logistics and they are seeking to recruit a “CEO” for their operations in Iraq.

Job Requirements:

• Managing a team of above 30 staff
• Reports into the area head
• Can be stations in Erbil / Basra / Kurdistan depending on preference
• Strategic thinking and business accumen
• Strong operational knowledge
• Strong on commercially driving business
• Minimum 10 years’ experience within the freight forwarding field
• Someone who is preferably from a global company background
• Must be an Iraqi National

Salary & Benefits:

• Between 10,000 – 15,000 USD all inclusive of basic, housing and transportation
• Yearly bonus of 1 – 3 times basic salary
• Schooling is provided up-to 3 kids
• Insurance for self and family
• 30 working days leave
• Leave tickets can be negotiated
