Position: HRBP– Dubai


Company Brief:

Our Client is one of the leading multinational companies in freight forwarding and they are seeking to recruit an “HRBP”.

Job Requirements:

• Will be dedicated for the supply chain division – CL
• 5 – 8 years’ experience
• Must have a good educational background with a CIPD, also good to have CHRM but not a must
• We have a preference towards candidates from multinational companies within the FMCG / Technology / Banking / Oil and Gas
• Someone that showed clear progression in their HR growth and has good exposure to all practices in HR, past experience as HR coordinator / executive / generalist
• Someone professionally mature, adaptable, fast moving, hard-working, dedicated and ethical
• Strong aptitude in grasping the concept and executing it effectively
• An HR candidate that has both strategic and tactical skills
• Must have very good communication skills, Arabic would be an added advantage
• The candidate is preferred to have Middle East experience but not a must

Salary & Benefits:

• Package will be between AED 25,000 – 28,000 (can go up-to 30,000 depending on the candidate and their experience) total package, plus family benefits – insurance and tickets plus yearly bonus
