Operations Coordinator – Hamriyah Free Zone – UAE

Company Brief:

Our Client is one of the leading multinational companies in freight forwarding and logistics and they are seeking to recruit an ‘Operation Coordinator” for their client in the Oil & Gas sector in Hamriyah Free Zone. The position reports into the head of Oil & Gas.

Job Requirements:

• We are looking for someone to provide premium quality customer service to the client by ensuring prompt responses to all queries, accurate order processing & information on shipment status thereby developing long term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong operational background in the specialized cargo field and oil & gas transportation Industry with minimum 5 years’ experience
• Experience in handling the Hamriyah Free Zone Custom Documentation (Import and Export Shipments)
• Experience in Air/Ocean and Site, Port/Customs operations preferably with exposure to Project related clients/businesses
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and ownership
• Results driven and attention to details
• Will be placed as an implant in their client’s facility in Hamriyah Free zone
• Gender: Any

Salary & Benefits:

• Between 10,000 – 15,000 UAE DHS all inclusive of basic, housing and transportation
• Yearly bonus on achieving company KPI’s
• Insurance and ticket for self
