Position: Talent Acquisition Executive – Dubai
Company Brief:
Our client is one of the multinational leading companies in freight forwarding and they are seeking to recruit a “Talent Acquisition Executive”.
Job Requirements:
- 4 – 6 years’ experience
- Must have a good educational background
- We have a preference towards candidates from multinational companies within the FMCG / Technology / Banking / Oil and Gas
- Someone that showed clear progression in their HR growth and has good exposure to all practices in HR, past experience as HR coordinator / executive / generalist
- We will not consider candidates from HR learning & development and or recruitment
- Basically someone involved in succession planning, talent acquisition, training etc.
- Someone professionally mature, adaptable, fast moving, hard-working, dedicated and ethical
- Strong aptitude in grasping the concept and executing it effectively
- An HR candidate that has both strategic and tactical skills
- Must have very good communication skills, Arabic would be an added advantage
- The candidate is preferred to have Middle East experience but not a must
Salary & Benefits:
- Between AED 16,000 – 20,000 all-inclusive of basic, housing and transportation
- Family package -Ticket and insurance for self
