Global Account Manager – Kuwait

Company Brief:

Our Client is one of the leading multinational companies in freight forwarding and logistics and they are seeking to recruit a “Global Account Manager” to be based in Kuwait. The role is handling the retail vertical.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in consultative selling to Fortune 1000 companies
• Strong, knowledge and background in freight forwarding, logistics, warehouse management, material handling and logistics technology and tools
• Successful history of managing and growing sales revenues
• Strong business, operations, and technical aptitude
• Account management and project planning skills required
• Excellent communication, networking, interpersonal and influencing skills needed to communicate and command respect at all levels, manage in a matrix environment, and create networks across diverse technical, cultural, and language groups.
• The position requires good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment. English is the principal language for this role
• This position requires significant travel (up to 70%)

Salary & Benefits:

• Between 35,000 – 40,000 UAE DHS all inclusive of basic, housing and transportation
• End of year bonus 1 – 3 times monthly basic salary
• Schooling up to 3 kids
• Tickets and insurance for self and family
